Head Chef David Wright will present a special menu showcasing the spirits of cooking in Northern Italy. Highlighted dishes include “risotto with gorgonzola, braised radicchio and mascarpone royale”, “braised wagyu oyster blade with polenta” and “zabaglione”.
Our wine curator, Nick will team-up with Buon Ricordo’s sommelier team, pairing the menu with an amazing selection of specialty wines form the regions, including a delicious single cru Barbera d’Asti and Valpolicella Superiore.
Enoteca Sileno has also specially invited two guest winemakers, Norbert Reinisch of Braida winery @braidawines in Asti, Piedmont; and Sabrina Tedeschi of Tedeschi winery @tedeschiwines in Valpolicella to participate at the event.
The four-course menu paired with six wines is priced at $190 per person.
